**Medical Receptionist - 2+ Years Experience Required**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience as a medical receptionist (experience in a specialist or GP setting is a plus)
- MUST have Experience with medical booking softwares (Best Practice & Cliniko)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, caring, and professional personality
- High attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Permanent residency in Australia (visa sponsorship not available)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting patients and handling incoming calls professionally
- Managing appointments, referrals, and billing using medical software
- Processing patient payments and Medicare rebates
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supporting doctors and clinical staff with patient coordination
