Pharmacy Assistant

Priceline Pharmacy Potts Point is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Pharmacy Assistant/Shift Supervisor. Our pharmacy has a strong focus on beauty and skincare, and we are looking for someone with an interest in these topics to join us.

**SHIFTS**

**Monday to Friday - (Occasional weekends) between 12pm - 8pm**

**20 - 30 Hours per week**

As a Pharmacy Assistant/Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers while leading the team and assisting the Retail Manager.

We are looking for a leader with initiative, who is committed to delivering a high level of customer service and has a passion for healthcare and building rapport with our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Opening and closing the store.
- Assisting with customer enquiries, making decisions and providing excellent customer service
- Stocking, merchandising and maintaining the store presentation standards
- Assisting with inventory management
- Providing general advice on skincare, beauty and healthcare products
- Handling cash and processing sales
- Participating in promotional activities and marketing events

Requirements:
- Interest in beauty and skincare categories
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not essential
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

**S2/S3 certificate**:

- desirable or to be completed in the first 4 weeks of employment.

**Flexibility to work extra shifts when needed is highly desirable**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
