**About us**

Wintringham is a specialised non-religious not-for-profit welfare organisation. We are committed to providing older people who are at risk or have experienced homelessness with a range of high-quality care, housing and services. We employ more than 1,000 staff across Victoria and Tasmania.

**Your new role**

Co-ordinator to continually develop and facilitate individual recreational pursuits designed to meet the leisure needs of each client in the assigned community regions.

Your fortnightly roster will be as below:
Week 1: Monday (1330 - 2130 ), Tuesday (1330 - 2130) ,Wednesday (1330 - 2130)

Week 2: Monday (1330 - 2130 ), Tuesday (1330 - 2130) ,Wednesday (13.30 - 2130)

**Your responsibilities and duties will also include**:

- Establish and facilitate a leisure/lifestyle plan in collaboration with Individual clients.
- Develop and facilitate recreational programs and social events.
- Develop networks with community groups and local supports to assist in client engagement with the wider community.
- Facilitate events that promote access to venues, events, and recreational opportunities.
- Work collaboratively and be involved in regular meetings with key stakeholders and the multi-disciplinary team.

- A relevant qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle.
- Experience working with people who are at risk or experienced homelessness.
- Current drivers’ licence (mandatory)
- Working reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- An understanding of complex clients with challenging behaviours.
- Well-developed communications skills and the ability to engage people from varying backgrounds.
- First Aid Certificate.
