**Our Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity is now available to join our exceptional Finance Team. The Payroll Officer holds a crucial position within our Shared Services as it contributes to the ongoing success of NEPEAN in areas such as:

- ** Execution**:Support the business by successfully enacting essential Payroll functions from beginning start to finish
- ** Culture**:Work collaboratively with global key stakeholders effecting positive results.
- ** Structure**:Ensure compliance of our processing and interpretation systems.****:

- **Innovation**:Identify and leverage opportunities for improvements or increased efficiencies in the payroll life cycle

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Processing end to end, multiple weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll, across several businesses, both accurately and on time
- Processing that payroll from beginning to end - you will be responsible for the entire pay run, from timesheets to bank accounts
- Payroll Queries, resolution, On and Off-Boarding of employees
- Reconciliation and Reporting - headcounts, leave, timekeeping data. general administration and ad hoc.

**About You**

You will be:

- ** An Experienced Payroll Generalist**:With 5+ years of end-to-end Payroll experience, you have a strong track record in weekly, fortnightly and monthly processing, across multiple businesses.
- ** Technical Expert**:Experience in dynamic Payroll processing systems, preferably Microsoft Office, Pronto experience would be highly regarded.
- ** Focused on Details**: You can maintain pay records, time-keeping data, leave records and related information, generate reports as required, as well as processing workers compensation claims
- ** Mathematically Minded**: EOFY Reconciliation, calculating termination and redundancy pays, reconciling, PAYG, Superannuation payments and deductions
- ** Strategic Thinker**:You can solve complex problems and interpret multiple Award and EA’s as required, and have excellent time management skills
- ** Strong Communicator**:With great interpersonal skills, an energetic persona, and strong desire to propel your career**.**
