Soul Origin Charlestown is currently seeking Full Time / casual **CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTARS** to join the team

Do you love making others smile? Are you outgoing and confident? Do you have excellent personal presentation skills and want to wear the Soul Origin uniform with pride? Then this is the role is for you

You’ll be responsible for:

- Giving our Soul Origin customers an excellent customer service experience.
- Assisting customers with any questions or queries.
- General cleaning duties.

To be successful you’ll have:

- An approachable demeanour and good communication skills
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- A flexible approach to work - at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers You’ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
- Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
