**Position Title: Painter - Spray Painting Specialist**

**Salary: $85,000 per annum plus superannuation**

Operating from our two Craigieburn factories, we serve clients across local councils, industry, construction, and commercial sectors throughout Victoria.**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.**:

- **Mix and match paint colors to meet specific project requirements.**:

- **Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas.**:

- **Ensure all painting work meets company quality standards and safety regulations.**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional painter, with a focus on spray painting techniques.**:

- **Proficiency in using various spray painting equipment and tools.**:

- **Strong understanding of paint properties, color matching, and surface preparation.**:

- **Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.**:

- **Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.**

**Desirable Attributes**:

- **Experience in the modular construction industry.**:

- **Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in painting.**:

- **Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.**
