Our educators all have a goal to work in an environment and provide quality practices that aim to be the benchmark within the industry. We are seeking experienced Educators with excellent communication skills with the ability to think outside the box and critically reflect on practices.

The service boasts an abundance of outdoor play area (1400m2), complete with 2 separate age appropriate natural play spaces. The outdoor environments have been designed to incorporate our natural rural surroundings and encourage all children (up to 130) to explore their senses while engaging in the environment.

Join an amazing team and provide quality educational programs to children. In addition to traditional areas of academia like numeracy and literacy, we also offer specialised inquiry-based programs relating to life skills - think cooking, gardening, socialisation and art. We also offer regular incursions and excursions to keep the children engaged and inspired.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Completed a Diploma in Child Services or similar as approved by ACECQA
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working With Children's Check (employment)
- Some experience is desirable

You will need to demonstrate:

- Drive and energy to continue to be a lifelong learner and share this with your peers, families, and children
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and confidence
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A strong focus on community

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
