- The Office for Research (OfR) oversees all aspects of research across all specialties, precinct entities and collaborative partners. The OfR provides leadership, support, advocacy and advice for researchers and research projects to meet sector demands. Research is increasingly complex and underpinned by risk assessment and mitigation to facilitate all aspects of research operations with a global compliance network. The OfR team enjoys a collaborative and inclusive working environment.**Your new role**:

- Manage all aspects of research contracting as it relates to research governance at RMH
- Drive negotiations within diverse research leadership and study teams to enable research approvals under the umbrella of RMHs risk and governance frameworks
- Implement an efficient and streamlined contract review workflows by design and in partnership with clinical research leaders
- Align research contracting requirements with those of research governance and the ethical conduct of human research
- Ensure the OfR team are up to date and trained in all matters related to research contracting for the issue of Site-Specific Authorisations.

- You have demonstrated experience in a research contracts role, ideally within the health or government sectors
- You are able to evaluate and operationalise risk in all research contracting matters with a productive office environment
- You are service driven as an enabler to the research endeavour of Victoria and Australia.
