**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for someone who wants to make the most of working in a knowledgeable and collaborative team and is seeking growth and professional stimulation. As a
**HR Advisor** in Qscan Group, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of HR related queries and support the HR Business Partner team with more complex queries that require investigation and professional discernment.

We have a range of exciting projects in the industrial relations arena coming up in the next
**12 months** which is why we are looking for a passionate HR Advisor looking for the next step in their HR career.

**You will**:

- Assist in the review, research and development of current HR policies and procedures
- Assist with annual entity-level and group-level processes (such as annual remuneration review)
- Assist with wages audit of past and current employees under specified EA/Collective agreements.
- Draft and prepare reports, presentations and documentation
- Provide advice on issues of employment law, contract interpretation, performance issues and dispute resolution.
- Be accountable for ensuring compliance with relevant HR legislation and ethical standards including EEO, harassment and bullying and WGEA.
- Drive culture change through coaching and educating managers and staff
- Assist in relevant Culture and Engagement strategies, partnering with Managers and L&D staff
