We have currently opened up a dual position of Assistant Director / Educational Leader to join our wonderful Beaudesert service. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow within Early Childhood, where you have a passion for empowering and leading a team with an open mind and approachable nature.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our centre provides a high-quality care and education for all children. You will be part in create a space for families to feel heard, and for children to thrive. To be successful, you will:

- Collaborate with Centre Director & Educational Leader to plan, implement and evaluate engaging and individualized programs that are developmentally and culturally appropriate.
- Foster and role model enriched caregiving to children; whilst ensuring to adhere to Duty of Care and OHS regulations.
- Empower with an open mind.
- Hold experience in a similar position.
- Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Working with Children Blue Card
- Current CPR & First Aid
