Redcape Hospitality is seeking caring & passionate hospitality professionals to join the team at Lakeview Hotel Motel as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully operate the hotel's food & beverage operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours
- Possess a current/valid RSA & RCG (Or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
