Service Advisor

Audi Five Dock is owned by Autosports Group which has 55 dealerships across NSW, VIC, QLD and NZ, employing approximately 1800 staff and is a large listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands.

Bespoke represents brands such as Aston Martin, Bentley, McLaren and more.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting and assisting customers for the service department and updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Explain service options and process.
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs.
- Order parts where applicable.
- Update customer database as required and complete all relevant paperwork.
- Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
- Preparing Repair Order and Job Sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt invoicing.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded.
- The ability to explain the value of services and repairs.
- The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine care for external, and internal customers and the ability to de-escalate unhappy customers.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer and literacy skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
- A high level of personal presentation is essential.
