- Play a pivotal role in enhancing La Trobe’s student service systems
- Deliver solutions across scheduling, case management, and partnerships platforms

**About the position**

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand system requirements, develop solutions, and ensure ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement. This role blends technical system management with analytical problem-solving, project participation, and customer support.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Administer and support core student systems with a focus on stability and service continuity
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues and deploy enhancements
- Analyse user requirements and translate them into effective system configurations
- Contribute to projects and ensure smooth delivery of system improvements
- Provide training and support to system users across the University

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in managing or supporting student-related systems in a complex environment
- Strong system analysis, data modelling, and reporting capabilities (ETLs and SQL experience an advantage)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- A relevant degree or extensive relevant experience
