**About the role**

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential, based in Melbourne.

In this role, you will:

- Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employment
- Have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
- Use your clinical expertise and skills will be used to support your clients’ journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
- Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client’s progress toward their return

You’ll also need to have:

- Professional registration with ASORC
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
