Debating Coach

**About Us**:

**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced **Debating Coaches** to join our expanding coaching program for primary and high school students. Many of our students are already experienced debaters who regularly participate in inter-school, state-level, and international competitions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach debating techniques, argument structures, rebuttal strategies, and public speaking skills
- Guide students through practice debates and offer constructive feedback
- Build students' confidence, critical thinking, and communication abilities
- Work collaboratively with our team to plan and deliver engaging lessons

**Program Schedule**:

- **During School Term**: After 4:00 PM on weekdays and/or weekends
- **During School Holidays**: Intensive workshops and training sessions

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong background in competitive debating (high school, university, or professional)
- Prior coaching or teaching experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism and a genuine passion for student development

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
