OSOS Alliance have teamed up with one of our valued clients, one of the largest essential infrastructure service providers in Australia and New Zealand. Due to their continued growth, we are seeking the services of an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Landside Projects Supervisor with day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Australian Marine Complex based in Henderson.

To be considered for this role see below requirements:
Skills and Experience Required:

- Supervisory or leading hand experience in the construction or heavy industry
- Operations or maintenance in a marine environment desirable
- Mechanical experience, hydraulic services, plumbing or HVAC experience
- Exposure to all aspects to building construction, including electrical
- Working at heights certificate.
- Confined space certificate.
- Construction white card.
- Year 12
- Trades Certificate or working toward one - desirable.
- Valid driver's license

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise field maintenance and service contractors.
- Inspect and recommend maintenance activities on assets.
- Inspect and record all user areas on a daily basis.
- Maintain a log of all inspections carried out. Report any defects requiring repairs.
- Monitor, measure and record User assigned areas, meters and other charges.
- Pre and Post inspections / reports of User Designated facilities
