Clemenger BBDO is looking for a dynamic and fashion-centric Creative Lead to join the MYER team and help shape the identity of one of Australia's most iconic brands.
MYER is going through a business-wide transformation, so we are looking for a leader with a background in art direction and strong retail experience to work with the MYER leadership team to champion and help deliver change. Working with a team of Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers, you will inspire fresh, engaging and visually impactful campaigns across all parts of theMYER business, including fashion, beauty, and home, and across all channels, including TV, OOH, print, and digital.That said, your true specialty and love is fashion. We're looking for someone who is driven by execution and finding smarter ways to do everything from big brand and seasonal campaigns to sales and tactical events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the MYER creative leadership team to shape a revitalised, fresh and progressive identity for MYER.
- Providing creative supervision during production to ensure the highest level of creative output.
- Helping drive creativity and exceptional executional across all parts of the business
- Partnering with the team to create innovative campaign concepts and bringing them to life across all touch points, including TV, OOH, press, magazines, DMs, eDMs and social.

Desired skills and experience
- You flourish in a fast-moving and creative environment and are looking for the opportunity to help lead a big brand transformation.
- You've honed your skills within the rigors of a retail account, but are excited by the idea of bringing fresh, conceptual creativity to everything you work on.
- You have a demonstrated ability to lead high level creative output from concept through to execution across all channels.
- You are a champion of creativity and have years of experience running fashion shoots and working with photographers, directors, and talent to create compelling imagery.
- You have a keen interest in fashion and have your finger on the pulse with what international and national brands are doing.
- You have high level Adobe Suite skills, particularly InDesign.
- You're fluent in concepting and collaboration, and comfortable championing ideas and work with clients.
- You're attentive to detail, in style and execution.
- You know how to get the best out of a team, using inspiration and feedback to drive better outcomes
- Your clients love you - they trust you enough to take risks and respect you enough to let you challenge them.
