**Customer Experience**
- Continually develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships
- Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service in line with company standards.
- Treat returns as if they are a sale by providing as good, if not better service.
- Contact customers with the launch of a collection and each major delivery.
- Continuously create a warm and authentic style of service of all customers.

**Product Knowledge and Style Direction**

**Sales and KPI’s**
- Understand store budgets and KPI’s set by the National Retail Manager and work as a team to achieve positive results for your Boutique.
- Maintain a budget spreadsheet and assist in ways to improve store performance and KPI’s.

**Stock Management**
- Assist to manage stock room and ensure it is kept to B+B standard to create a seamless customer experience.
- Replenish floor regularly during trade, and ensure correct size ranges are out on the floor.
- Maintain B+B visual merchandising standards on the floor, ensuring the Boutique is always presented the best way possible.
- Assist in processing deliveries, customers paid in full and stock transfers accurately.
- Complete stock takes as requested by head office and National Retail Manager**.**

**Other Duties**
- Any task deemed necessary by Management

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
