**About the Opportunity**
Take the next steps in your leadership journey through an exciting new opportunity with us at Enhanced Lifestyles. Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for three House Coordinator roles within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) division.
This full-time role will be required to assist with the oversight and people management of two SIL houses, and between three to four customers, based in Adelaide's southern suburbs:
- Brighton (x2)
- Morphettville
- Dover Gardens
- Edwardstown
- Ascot Park
You will become a pivotal part of shaping our growing SIL team, ensuring that customers holistic needs are met and that your team is provided the guidance and support to maintain the highest standards of care Enhanced Lifestyles pride themselves on.
**About You**
We are looking for people leaders who can bring passion and enthusiasm to this role, whilst also putting their own spin on things. If you believe you have the qualities, passion and ability to lead a team with compassion and understanding with a person centred focus, we would like to hear from you.
- Experience leading and managing teams, preferably in a disability support environment.
- Previous experience utilising intervention and de-escalation techniques to support emotional regulation of both staff and customers.
- Able to show initiative and work successfully both in a team environment and autonomously.
- Passion, professionalism and integrity within their role.
- High level of administrative and organisational skills, facilitated in 5 hours of non-contact time per week, to be utilised for the facilitation and organisation of house and customer schedules, such as the booking of important appointments for customers.
- A willingness to work with customers and relevant internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative and professional nature to achieve the best outcomes for the customer, whilst aligning with Enhanced Lifestyles and NDIS values.
- On going development and leadership training
- Ability to work, weekend, public holidays, & overnight sleepovers.
- Previous experience in a similar role (highly desirable).
- Ability to collaborate, identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong administration, including good knowledge of MS products, data entry and report writing
- Current South Australian Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid certificate (completed in the last 3 years)
- Current CPR certificate (completed in the last 12 months)
- Current Manual Handling (practical and theory) certificate (completed in the last 12 months)
- Driver’s licence and access to your own insured vehicle as well as the willingness to drive company vehicles including accessible vans (required)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- NDIS Supporting Safe Meals Training Module
- NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module
- Evidence of their Right to Work in Australia such as:
- Visa/VEVO check
- Passport
- Citizenship
- Birth certificate
- 100 points of identification
