**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Social Work position to work in the HITH services
- Located in the WMH SW Department
- Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach and contribute to quality/innovation projects and service development in the department

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Minimum 2 years' post qualifying experience
- Eligible for AASW membership
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, strongly developed multidisciplinary teamwork capabilities and ability to task supervise Grade 1 and student social workers
- Excellent career progression opportunity for an experienced Grade 2 Social Worker
- This role involves home visits and you will require a Driver's License

Werribee Mercy Hospital is a General Public Hospital located in the rapidly growing Western suburbs of Melbourne.
