WMS Analyst

WesTrac are currently seeking a **WMS Analyst** to join our Information Systems team, located in South Guildford.

Reporting to the WMS Manager the WMS Analyst is accountable for supporting, configuring, testing and maintaining WesTrac’s Warehouse Management System, Warehouse Control Systems, Middleware and associated End-User Hardware Devices.

The WMS Analyst is responsible for providing recommended solutions relating to business needs in the warehouse operations. This includes responding to the day-to-day operational issues and meeting or exceeding agreed service levels (SLA).

The role is also responsible for liaising and engaging with internal stakeholders to evaluate and assist design solutions suitable for business and customer requirements.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Tertiary Degree in Computer Science or similar; or demonstrated significant industry experience.
- Experience in configuration, support and maintenance of Warehouse Management Software or similar.
- Ability to troubleshoot supported software and devices.
- Effectively manage time and prioritise accordingly while working successfully with a team and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).

- Dematic Warehouse Control System
- IBM App Connect Enterprise
