**The Role**
We are seeking a reliable **cleaning subcontractor** for our Auburn premises.
- **Location**: Paramatta Rd, Auburn, NSW
- **Start Time**: From 6:00 pm (no later than 8pm)
- **Duration**: 2 hours per shift
- **Schedule**: 5 days per fortnight
- Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday
- **Equipment**: All equipment and products are supplied and kept on-site

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver efficient cleaning of offices, restrooms, kitchen/breakroom, and lobby areas
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Wash and dry cleaning cloths fortnightly
- Follow task checklist and update communications book
- Report any issues during the clean

**Tasks Include**
- Dusting, wiping, fingerprint removal
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
- Spot cleaning glass and polishing fixtures
- Restroom sanitisation and restocking supplies
- Kitchen and breakroom cleaning (appliances, benches, tables, bins)
- Waste disposal and bin cleaning
- Entrance and reception cleaning to ensure a welcoming environment
- Adherence to health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Applications will only be considered if the following are met:_
- Registered business in the cleaning industry (sole trader or company)
- ABN and Public Liability Insurance (minimum $5 million)
- Current Police Check
- WorkCover (if employing staff)
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a daily checklist
- Safety Boots
