**The Role**

As an Electrical Supervisor you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a worksite to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

An Electrical Supervisor oversees and directs a variety of disciplines of construction from the beginning through to completion. As a supervisor, you will be involved in all aspects of a worksites operations and need to have a thorough understanding of the disciplines you are overseeing in accordance with Pacific Energy policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating labour resources, procurement, delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
- Coordinating labour activity on worksite and managing overall site performance of building and construction process, including liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, project management procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Implementing and updating documentation as required, such as a site diary and incident reporting.
- Monitor resources, schedules, and activities to effectively manage the delivery of projects.
- Evaluating hazards, controlling risks, and undertaking regular inspections of systems and equipment.
- Arranging preventative maintenance of machinery as required.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Facilitating and leading regular meetings, such as Daily Pre-Starts and Toolbox meetings
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork.

**About You**:

- Manufacture of Switchboards, MCCs, Control Panels, Distribution Boards, Metering Panels.
- Understanding Electrical Schematic, Single line, and GA Drawings.
- Manufacture and installation of bus bar systems.
- Installation and termination of switchboard associated apparatus including but not limited to LV/motor control wiring, PLC system, protection relays and SCADA communication system.
- Verification & Testing of circuitry and switchboard apparatus in accordance with Australian Standards, client specifications and scope of works.
