**As a Traffic Operations Manager - Major Projects you will**:

- Oversee occupations and Major Projects Work.
- Discuss job-specific traffic control requirements with clients.
- Compliance monitoring.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identifications and document controls.
- Consult with all relevant stakeholders including clients, staff, road authorities, local councils, police, and public transport services.
- Ensure all plans are accurate and completed efficiently and on time every time.
- Assist in operations daily tasks.
- Scheduling.
- Potential for cross-training in business development & planning.

**To be successful you will need to have the following**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Traffic Operations Co-ordinator, Planner, or Supervisor.
- Construction White Card.
- C Class Drivers Licence and reliable transport.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Previous experience with Rapid Plan preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with Excel knowledge.
- High level of attention to detail and well-organized.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines/due dates.
- Conduct job analysis, hazard identification, and risk assessment as part of Operations.
- Ensure compliance in accordance with the AGTTM, Code of Practice & AS 1742.
- Ensure all relevant Permits are obtained and forwarded to the clients in a timely manner.
