**About Your New Role**

We’re looking for experienced and patient Disability Support Workers to assist customers in our short to medium accommodation service within the Gold Coast region.

Each day will be unique, but shifts may include assistance with personal care, household duties, cooking and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.

**About You**
- Demonstrate high levels of expertise in complex support environments including Hospital Settings and SIL Services
- Experience in manual handling and providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing
- Provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Experience with PEG feeding, medication assistance, personal care, slide sheets and hoist use
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations
- You have flexibility to work across a variety of shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night and Overnight)

**Requirements**:

- A current Open Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
