**Role Overview**
- As the _**Assistant Spare Parts Manager**_, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spare parts department. Supporting the Spare Parts Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to business growth._

**Key Responsibilities**
- _Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the spare parts department._
- _Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and purchasing._
- _Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts._
- _Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly._
- _Support and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals._
- _Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets._
- _Maintain accurate records and documentation._
- _Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards._

**About You**
- To succeed in this role, you will bring:_
- _Proven experience in automotive spare parts, preferably dealership or trade supply_
- _Strong leadership and team management skills._
- _Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities._
- _Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Proficiency in inventory management systems and software._

- _A valid driver’s license (preferred)._

Pay: $80,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- automotive parts interpreting: 5 years (required)
