**About the opportunity**
Grow your Career with US We are looking for talented, motivated and compassionate Medical Laboratory Technicians to join our Anatomical Pathology Team with NSW Health Pathology at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. The role includes staining, microtomy, embedding and general scientific and technical lab work. Experience in the field would be advantageous however recent graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

**What you'll be doing**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of pathology services within a discipline relevant to the department, including use of Laboratory Information Systems, Patient Systems and Quality Systems
- Ability to work in a responsible and efficient manner and to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment whilst working autonomously to deliver results within specified timeframes set to meet client expectations
- Customer focused approach displaying well-developed interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and patients as well as clinical laboratory staff
- Commitment to the principles of quality management and continuous quality improvement and to identify, develop and implement quality and service improvement activities
- Current unencumbered NSW Drivers License and the willngness to travel as required
