**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Manager to join our Risk and Internal Audit team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our global business. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring proactive management of potential threats to our business objectives. This Risk Manager will own the ERM Framework, conduct regular risk assessments, manage identified risks, develop and manage risk action plans, oversee risk, control, and authority processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
