**Position Summary**
Supporting and assisting the e-Commerce Website Manager to ensure the effective operation & ongoing development of the website and App. Interface with all global and domestic stakeholders to ensure developments are prioritized & delivered on time.
**Job Duties/Essential Functions**
- Assisting the e-Commerce Web Manager to manage the development of the website and ensures its overall integrity and to monitor and maintain the back-end system and platforms.
- Work with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure promotions are set up and executed as scheduled.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Buying and Design teams to ensure the onsite execution aligns with the wider business strategy and delivered on time.
- Manage and maintain the Jira ticketing support system for both global and domestic eCommerce teams.
- Troubleshoot and escalate, when required, all bugs and improvements through the Jira ticket system. Ensuring all follow up and responses are in a timely manner.
- Assist and coordinate various projects to deliver an enhanced user experience.
- Assist Digital Design and Content teams in maintaining contents on the frontend.
- Liaise with IS technical support teams with any production issues affecting the website or App.
- Assist Customer Care by providing technical supports and maintaining customer data.
- In conjunction with the Digital & eCommerce Manager setup and manage the system accounts for compliance and PCI Audits.
- Continually monitor and recommend improvements to the customer journey taking account of customer feedback and analytics.
- Education/Training: Higher School Certificate or higher., Experience using Firebase, Jira and DMS/WMS inventory management solutions.
**Knowledge/Skills**:
- Proven background and experience working within e-Commerce, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong CMS experience, ideally with Hybris.
- Experience using Firebase, Jira and DMS / WMS inventory management solutions.
- Competent HTML/CSS Skills
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong experience with customer database management and have strong numerate, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications.
- Capable of working on own initiative, self-motivated, sometimes outside of standard work hours.
