At Regis Nedlands we are looking for a passionate individual to join our team of care staff as a Lifestyle Assistant.

As a Lifestyle Assistant at Regis, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in our residents' and clients' lives by implementing activity programs, in both a group and one on one setting. Under the guidance of the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will carry out lifestyle assessments that are relevant to each residents needs. An engaging role where you make a positive impact to our resident’s wellbeing everyday.
- Bring a smile and make a difference in the lives of others.
- Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation reflecting any changes to resident’s status.

**What we look for**
- A passion for caring for others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
- Ability to be well organized and work under pressure and timelines.
- Certificate IV in leisure and health is highly regarded but not essential.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in aged care, childcare, or leisure and health.

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof.
