Seeking a skilled Administrator to join a high-profile Health Agency as a Clinical Support Officer for a 3 week leave cover contract. Support the Staffing Manager and provide general administrative assistance, including answering calls, managing a busy inbox, assisting with roster changes, etc. Must have intermediate to advance Microsoft office knowledge and be able to hit the ground running in a largely autonomous role. Tweed Heads location.

**The Role**:

**Key Duties and Accountabilities**
- Provide administration support to Staffing Manager and assist them to manage a casual workforce
- Manage a busy inbox, triaging queries and ensuring timely responses
- Monitor the sick phone and assist with managing leave requests
- Log leave requests into the rostering system efficiently and accurately
- Help arrange onboarding for new casual staff

**Key Capabilities**
- 6+ months administrative experience in a similar administration role
- Able to provide high-quality administrative support with strong attention to detail
- Highly proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Communicates effectively with internal and external clients to provide responsive, accurate and relevant information and services
- Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Able to exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion when required
- Prioritises and uses time effectively
- Must have the right to work in Australia and be willing to undergo a Police Check
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid
