**Role Overview**:
As a Store Manager at Soonta, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and leading your team to success. This includes managing inventory, optimizing labor costs, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You’ll also focus on driving customer satisfaction and turning new visitors into loyal regulars.

**Requirements**:

- Management Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Cost Control & Labor Management: Expertise in managing costs, inventory, and labor schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service Focus: A strong commitment to providing top-notch customer experiences and fostering repeat business.
- Team Leadership: Ability to motivate, guide, and develop your team to maintain high performance and morale.

**Salary**: $55,000 - $64,000

Preferred: A valid driver’s license.
