**The Company**
Our client is a dynamic mid-sized chartered accounting firm based in Hawthorn. They specialise in business services, audit, finance and lending and superannuation and wealth.

**The Opportunity**
Due to expansion, they are looking to fill the role of Team Administrator to be part of the SMSF team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collecting/sorting/distributing morning mail
- Scanning correspondence for distribution to various internal and outsourced staff
- Creating and closing client files and filing
- Managing the SMSF database
- Data entry and typing
- Preparing agendas and other relevant documentation
- Managing spreadsheets
- Preparing tax lodgements
- Setting up trust deed/pension funds
- Liaising with external bodies
- Relieving reception 1 day a week

**About You**
- 1 + years experience working in an Accounting Firm in a similar role is essential for this position
- Experience using MYOB AE is highly regarded, however is not essential
- Understanding of the ATO portal
- Professionally presented
- Proactive approach to work
- High attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
