**About the role**
The Student Experience Admissions team is responsible for supporting the admissions process for SATAC and Direct cohorts. The support officer is responsible for taking inbound and outbound phone calls as well as responding to customer enquiries. The role would suit someone with previous call centre experience or someone keen to succeed in a front-line customer service environment.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work may be required, and a flexible approach to out of hours is essential including weekends.
- The incumbent may be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes.
- Operational and working hours may be adjusted according to business needs.
- The incumbent may need to travel to an alternative location, when required.
- Some intrastate/ interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
