Client Description

Do you want to be part of a rapidly growing eCommerce company?

This is a great opportunity for Brand Marketers with an eCommerce background who love having ownership of their role - strategically minded but not afraid to get hands-on

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team in a pure-play eCommerce business that’s offering award-winning products. It’s an exciting time to join the team as they embark on international expansion. It’s a full-time, permanent role in Melbourne with hybrid working and a salary of circa $130-150k + Super.

Required Qualifications

Essential that you have proficient strategic and hands-on brand marketing experience (Brand Personalities, Value Propositions, Customer Segments)

Essential that you have strategic and hands-on Marketing & Comms experience (Campaigns, Content Strategy, Calendars, NPD, PR Strategy)

Strong comms and stakeholder management skills to offer marketing & campaign insights

Able to manage the relationship with external agencies and freelance copywriters

Background in smaller businesses from either in-house or agency
