**Full Job Description**:
Responsibilities include aiding the team in client service delivery and assisting the regional leadership team with assigned tasks. Key areas of support include:

- Delivering exceptional support and service to our clients and internal staff alike
- Coordinating travel, diary management, office management and refurbishments
- Providing administrative support to a dynamic team of health professionals
- Facilities and fleet management
- Administrating on Konektiva (our own personalised IT platform)
- Booking pre-employment assessments
- Lots of FUN

You should possess a solid administrative background, excellent time management, and organizational skills. High-level written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with proven computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel. A current driver's license is required. This part-time role (15 hours per week).
