**Job Description**:
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Strahan Village.
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for Tasmania’s remote, wild places - someone who is committed to inspiring our guests and creating an unforgettable experience.
**Qualifications**:
**You’ll bring to our team**:
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in hospitality maintenance role or a relevant field
- Well developed interpersonal and people management skills, including ability to interact with and influence people at all levels
- Strong leadership skills combined with a proven ability to lead, mentor and develop others
- Demonstrated skills and experience in repairing and maintaining buildings, plant and equipment
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Tertiary or vocational qualification in relevant field, or progress towards (desirable)
- Medium rigid vehicle licence (desirable)
- Working at heights licence (desirable)
- Working in confined spaces licence (desirable)
