Snr Change Manager to implement a new enterprise change methodology and manage change across multiple tech & process projects

**The Company**

Our client is a business that engrosses the masses via exceptional customer experiences and diverse product offerings spanning all forms of entertainment. Our client's market is dynamic and ever changing, subsequently the technology to support their offerings must constantly evolve accordingly.

The business will commence delivering projects across marketing automation, CRM, business intelligence, process automation and point of sale, with some of the solutions being completely greenfield. Furthermore, the business doesn't hold an enterprise change methodology which is the first point of call for this role of a Senior Change Manager.

**The Role**

The role will report into the EPMO Lead and will require you to understand and assess the current change management landscape before forming and implementing a new change management practice enterprise wide. As a Senior Change Manager your responsibilities will be:

- Develop and execute an effective Change Management methodology to foster business engagement and adoption of both major technology and process changes.
- Work in close collaboration with the other members of the project team to obtain knowledge of the end-state solution to understand the changes and change impact for the business.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training programs for the successful rollout of the new solutions.
- Coach, motivate and develop a team, fostering a culture of positivity, accountability and customer service

**Your Profile**
- Proven Change Management experience of rolling out new change methodologies enterprise wide.
- The ability to deliver end-to-end transformational change programs from inception/strategy through to implementation and maintenance/support.
- Appropriate Change Management certifications, e.g. Prosci, ADKAR ect.
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing, managing within all levels of an organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- High-level analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyse problems, think outside of 'the box' and provide tangible, practical and achievable business solutions.
