**Eagers Automotive** currently has an exciting opportunity to join our Service Team at **Big Rock Toyota** in **Balcatta** as a **Foreman**/**Technical Advisor**

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role is to help assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations by planning, monitoring, and controlling all repair orders.

**Duties will include**:

- Providing support to the Service Manager and workshop controller.
- Implement agreed training processes and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to all workshop personnel.
- Stay updated with the latest Toyota technical bulletins and training.
- Maintain the correct mix of Technicians, Diagnostic and Pro Techs.
- Carry out regular reports to Toyota as required.
- Assist in maintaining an even flow and time efficiency of all work performed in the workshop.
- Monitoring the quality of all work performed in the workshop.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate tasks. If you would like to develop apprentices and other technicians as well as your own career, **this is the role for you**

**You will ideally possess**:

- Previous experience as a Master Technician or Senior Technician
- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
