Lucky Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Real Estate Representative to join our dynamic team We want to hear from you if you have a passion for property, strong negotiation skills, and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market properties and businesses for sale or lease, coordinate property showings, and provide expert advice to potential buyers while negotiating terms and conditions.
- Guide sellers with tailored sales strategies, including auctions, private sales, and open houses, to maximize exposure and achieve the best sale outcomes.
- Prepare detailed property and business profiles while managing marketing campaigns to attract buyers and tenants.
- Assess buyer needs and present suitable property or business options based on their requirements.
- Offer professional advice on real estate transactions, assisting with negotiations and structuring agreements for smooth transactions.
- Administer rental payments, ensure timely transfers to property owners, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee tenant compliance with agreements, address contract breaches, and recover overdue rent when necessary.
- Develop and implement business strategies, budgets, and operational policies to ensure agency profitability and efficiency.
- Provide additional services such as financing assistance, land brokerage, conveyancing coordination, and property management.

About You:

- A strong understanding of the real estate market and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and clients effectively.
- Experience in property sales, leasing, or property management is preferred.
- A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
