**About the Role**:
Main responsibilities in this position include:
- Assisting and supporting the Chief Digital Bank Officer, including organising and attending meetings, preparation and distribution of minutes, agendas and associated presentations
- Coordinating events such as functions, celebrations, workshops and staff onboarding
- Co-ordinating and monitoring the Chief Digital Bank Officer’s reporting activities
- Supporting the Crisis Management Team and Pandemic Working Group activities, exercises and events
- Performing other general administrative duties.

We are looking for a positive and professional individual who can interact with people at all levels within the business. You will be required to maintain absolute confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in administration role
- Previous experience working in the finance industry or knowledge of finance, banking and compliance risk jargon
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally
