The South Eastern Case Management Services (SECMS) is funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) to provide intensive support and case management to children and young people on statutory Child Protection orders. The SECMS team plays a critical role in supporting them to reach their full potential.

We are seeking a passionate Case Manager to join our ICMS team to advocate for vulnerable children and young people, helping them find stability and thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver contracted case management services as per Children’s Court directions.
- Assist children, young people, and families in reducing risks and achieving stability.
- Maintain connections with family, extended family, and support networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advocate for children, young people, and families to ensure access to necessary resources.

**About You**

The successful applicant will have experience in outreach support and/or case management with young people. You will be required to have the capacity to understand, work and support young people, their family, carers and networks within a community environment and the skills to engage, negotiate and advocate.
- A preferred Bachelor level qualification in Community Services, Education, Social Work or similar field is required for this role.
- Relevant experience working in case management.
- You will be a quick learner with high energy and commitment to your clients, yet able to work within the parameters of the role.
- Experience undertaking contracted case management within DFFH, Child Protection or another similar agency will be looked on favourably.
