**Security Guard Position - Small Pub in the Heart of Lewisham**
**Location**: Lewisham
**Shift**: 7:30 PM - 12:30 AM (Monday - Sunday)
**Uniform**: All-black uniform required
We’re looking for a professional and reliable security guard to join our team at a **small, vibrant pub** in the heart of Lewisham. Located close to a major train station with **free parking** available, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent evening shifts in a familiar, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide security and ensure the safety of patrons and staff in a busy pub setting
- Monitor entry and exit points, checking for any potential risks or issues
- Respond to any disturbances, ensuring a calm and secure atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, particularly with regard to responsible service of alcohol
**Requirements**:
- **NSW Security License** (mandatory)
- **RSA** (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- **First Aid Certification**:
- Experience in a similar setting is a plus, but not essential - we're looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and adaptable
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a relaxed yet dynamic environment with regular customers. With no large crowds or unpredictable situations, you'll have the chance to build rapport with regular patrons while ensuring the pub remains a safe and enjoyable space.
