3-day Nanny for Professional and Creative Family

**Our Family**:
- A warm and loving family in Coburg, VIC, is seeking a playful and gentle nanny to care for their 18 month old son. They are preparing to welcome a new baby in early 2025, and this role will evolve to include both children by mid-2025. The role offers 3 regular weekdays (you choose which days), with hours from 9am - 6pm (flexibility can be accommodated). The position is available immediately and offers $37-$40 per hour + Super.
**Your Duties**:
- This role focuses on providing positive engagement and care for the toddler, encouraging activities both at home and outdoors, as he loves to explore. The nanny will also gradually support the care of the new baby as the family transitions to this exciting new phase.
**Our Perfect Caregiver**:
- The ideal nanny will have solid experience with toddlers and babies, and a passion for fostering early learning through play, creativity, and kindness. Being comfortable working both alongside and independently from the parents is important, as the family's needs will fluctuate when the new baby arrives. Great communication and a proactive approach are highly valued. The nanny must be fully vaccinated.
