**Qualifications that Shine**
- ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Comprehensive grasp of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Demonstrated expertise in early childhood services (ages 0-5)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
- Strong team collaboration skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development
