Our client is a market leader in the Insurance industry with offices based throughout Australia. They currently have an opening for a Program Test Manager to join them on an initial 12 month fixed term contract working on a large data migration programme. This is a huge piece of work and an excellent programme to be involved in with a reputable name in the Financial Services industry.

**Role Overview**

***
This role requires an experienced Test Manager to be responsible for delivering end-to-end testing strategy and test plans, working closely with 3 Project Managers working on different projects as part of the overarching programme including a migration to a new Financial Advice system, migration to an enterprise CRM and decommission of the old system.

You will be responsible for the management of testing 8-10 streams, working with external vendors as well as working closely with an Integration Lead in addition to the Project Managers already in place.

**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in a Test Management position
- End to end Test Management experience
- Experience of setting up Testing environments/strategies and testing plans
- Must have experience of Data Migration projects
- Recent Insurance/Financial Services/Banking experience is required
- Managing multiple teams/stakeholders/third party vendors
- Superb communication skills
