As part of our growing construction and trades portfolio, we are seeking a qualified and passionate trainer to deliver the CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling at our Perth campus.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver and assess CPC31320, helping students develop the practical and theoretical skills required to succeed in the tiling industry. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
- Develop engaging training materials and session plans
- Support students through hands-on and classroom-based learning
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments
- Ensure compliance with ASQA standards and RTO policies

Essential Criteria
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Trade qualification and experience in wall and floor tiling
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student success and safety

Desirable
- Previous experience delivering CPC31320 or similar qualifications
- Familiarity with WHS regulations and tiling industry standards
- Experience with digital learning platforms and tools

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
