Our high-quality security service is responsible to not only provide patients, visitors, staff with an environment which affords individual physical safety, and also the safeguarding of Monash Health property and emergency responses.

**About Monash Health**

**About You**
- Previous experience as a Security Officer (ideally within a hospital/health setting)
- Code (black, grey etc) response participation requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of current emergency response including the operation of fire panels, OWS and EWIS panels
- Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflict situations
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills to enable you to prepare incident and other reports to meet Police and legal requirements
- Certificate III in Security Operations (Unarmed Guard & Crowd Control) OR Certificate II in Security Operations (Unarmed Guard and Crowd Control)
- Current open or provisional Victorian Drivers Licence
