Optical Dispenser

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Optical Dispenser at Specsavers Corrimal.

**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team at Specsavers Corrimal in dispensing our community for their eyecare needs. Key responsibilities of this role will include:

- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers
- Assisting Store Directors in coaching the retail team and ensuring professional customer service is provided at all times
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI targets
- Utilising your previous optical knowlege and customer service skills to create direction and flow for our customers and team
- Assisting the team with opening and closing the store for trade
- Develop your own skills and consider the Career Pathway for the future

**What skills/experience are we looking for?**
- Cert 1V in Optical Dispensing or at least 1 years dispensing experience
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment
- A self-starter with proven ability to lead by example in achieving store objectives
- A well presented individual
- Reliable and punctual
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Fantasic organisation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.67 - $28.00 per hour
