We currently have an exciting permanent full-time position available for passionate diploma qualified (or working towards) Early Childhood educator to work with our team at our welcoming childcare Centre located in Torrens - just south of Woden.

**Duties**:

- love and care for tiny humans - with respect and passion.
- develop and implement a pre-school program in accordance with the EYLF, and a Reggio Emilia approach which supports individual educational activities at a moments notice, or a child's interest ‘right now’ - whilst also planning incredible educational moments for the future.
- write about children interesting and intelligently.
- let children's families know how awesome their children are, frequently.
- support these beautiful and diverse little people and their families to grow and thrive and become lifelong learners.
- Most essentially you must have a passion to want to educate a wide variety of different wonderful young children whilst being climbed upon, chatted to, and filling out copious amounts of regulatory paperwork whilst smiling:

**Requirements**:

- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- Australian qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working With Vulnerable People Check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A positive approach to supporting children and their families
- A meaningful and long-term commitment with our children

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
